Program Eligibility:
DBDP is a no-cost program open to all aspiring and existing small business owners. Applications are accepted from entrepreneurs throughout Wisconsin. To receive grant-funded program benefits, such as a tablet or laptop, paid business registration, and a completion certificate, participants must be at least 18 years old, live or operate their business in Wisconsin, and meet the attendance and coursework requirements.
